Design Service
The design service is also offered to property owners and builders requiring quality design and plans prepared by a designer, accredited with the Building Designers Association of Australia. At planning 2 Build we can provide plans for submission to councils or private certifiers.
We specialise in small to large additions, complete home renovations and have many years of experience in this field.
We use that experience to provide a full range of unique and problem-solving ideas to help in the planning and design process to get your project started.
3D Visualisations
We use computer modelling software that can create a 3D visualisation of your building projects for obtaining a design concept and then provide completed plans and documentation for submission to councils or private certifiers.
We also liaise with consultants who may be required for your development application including Surveyors, Structural and Hydraulic engineers and Bush fire Hazard assessors.
